The project comprised an extension to the existing Shoprite supermarket, relocation of the Shoprite Liquor store, creating of additional rentable area for a number of new stores including Debonairs, pharmacy, gambling pub and other line shops. Furthermore the existing centre was given lift and new security measures installed.

Project management, principal agent and tenant coordination.
The project had been progressing for some time prior to Key Projects appointment. A number of issues required our knowledge and expertise to get it off the ground. Noticeably preparation of a feasibility to identify the maximum investment based on our client's commitments; resolve statutory planning issues and the submission of building plans; procurement of the works; facilitated the formation of a community steering committee to oversee the resourcing from the local community of Macassar.
