Full project management and principal agent service including managing the complex buyer variations and finishes coordination process.

Key successes that our specific efforts were instrumental in delivering the project outcome:
- held the team together after a long and complex project, planned duration was 2.5 years which extended to 4.5 years;
- contributed positively to the improved profitability of the project;
- we attained provisional authorisation from the City of Cape Town to commence the works early and before building plan approval;
- we negotiated access for lateral support tie backs with neighbours in Kings Road;
- supported and provided strategic advice during legal interdict, we attended numerous meetings and commented on legal documents;
- 3 building plan submissions, we attended numerous meetings and follow ups with CoCT officials and called on our contacts to achieve approvals;
- instrumental in changing the engineering design to reduce the programme duration by 3 months for the construction of the servitude subterranean bridge;
- even with the works unfinished, we achieved permission to occupy on 8/10/2018 to ensure occupation commenced;
- we prepared the water filtration brief, and managed the design, procurement and delivery within 4 weeks;
- we appointed and managed an additional heritage application for the Quendon Road property;
- the project was delivered without any significant reportable accidents;
- undertook a number of programme reviews, employed the services of an independent professional planner;
- hands on management of the final completion process, site progress review every week for a year after practical completion.
